ADJUSTMENT REQUESTS

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Daphne Utilities will allow up to one billing adjustment in a 12 month period. You can download this form, complete it email it to website@daphneutilities.com or Fax it to (251) 621-3182.
 
In order to be considered for a billing adjustment, the following criteria will be considered:
 
· If the billing in question is considerably higher than average.

· If sewer consumption has been effected.

· The customer provides documentation such as a copy of a plumbers Invoice or a receipt from where repair parts were purchased.

· Only one leak adjustment will be granted in a 12 month period.

· This adjustment process only applicable to water & sewer services, Natural Gas charges are not considered for adjustment.
