Starting January 1, 2021 we will resume normal operations for processing late payments. Late fees and cut offs to delinquent accounts will resume at this time.

Daphne Utilities allows customers a one-time, annual, leak adjustment. Only one adjustment can be made within a 12 month period. All adjustments MUST have supporting documentation where a repair was performed, such as a receipt or plumbers invoice.

ONLY the sewer charge portion of your bill will be adjusted. Water, Irrigation and Natural Gas Services do not qualify for adjustments and are the responsibility of the account holder to make payment.

Once we receive your request and supporting documentation, the Billing Department will issue you an adjusted statement within 10 business days.
